Location: Remote and North-West based
Ways of working: Remote, home-based, with 1-2 days a week at Client locations
Type: Permanent

Role overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst to join our team. An Analyst with a strong background in HR processes and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors. This role will sit at the intersection of business and technology, helping us shape how HR systems support the people strategy.
What you’ll do

Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system and process requirement

Lead workshops, interviews and data analysis to capture current and future state requirements

Map HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation

Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood, documented, and delivered

Support testing, training and change management for HR technology projects

Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, practices and system capabilities
Skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced individual, who has done this role before and can bring knowledge and know-how to our wider team. Someone who is adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
As this is an analytical role, we are keen for a candidate to have curiosity as a skill to get to the root cause of issues and understand the detail behind processes and ways of working. Demonstrating emotionally intelligent leadership, so they can work effectively with clients and stakeholders. As a remote team member, you’ll need to be a self-starter who takes the initiative.
- 3-5 years of experience

Strong HR domain knowledge (e.g. core HR, payroll, talent, performance, learning, recruitment)

Proven experience working with SuccessFactors modules – from design through to implementation and improvement

Solid skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and HR stakeholders

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
