Role overview
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed and hands-on SuccessFactors Specialist to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimising our SuccessFactors environment, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets the needs of the business. Working closely with end-users, the HR team, IT, System Integrations (SIs) and project teams.
What you’ll do
Lead the workstream for system and module implementations, with a focus on design, configuration, relationship to data.

Administer, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Compensation)

Partner with HR to design system modules and changes that align with policy and practice

Lead and support module design, implementations, and enhancements, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and best practices.

Work closely with System Integration partner, to challenge and test the build.

Manage release cycles, updates, and testing of new features

Provide technical support and resolve system issues in a timely manner

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations with other systems

Ensure compliance with data protection, security and audit requirements
Skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced individual, who has done this role before and can bring knowledge and know-how to our wider team.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and configuration
- Experience with system integrations, workflows, and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across HR and IT teams
- SAP certifications in SuccessFactors (nice to have, but not essential)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Self-starter with a collaborative and delivery-focused approach, able to manage a programme plan for the workstream.
- A pragmatic and people-centred approach to change, able to work flexibly and adapt to the pace of change as led by the client.
- Comfortable working remotely, as part of a virtual team and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in consulting, contracting, or working across multiple clients is a bonus.
