Reflecting on a Milestone: The Journey Beyond the Launch

Recently we marked a significant milestone with one of our clients as we successfully launched SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management!

As a Change Manager, I’ve witnessed first-hand the transformative power of effective change management. The successful launch is a great achievement, but it’s important to remember that our work doesn’t end here.

Now the focus shifts to driving embedding and adoption. It’s about ensuring that the system is not just implemented, but embraced as the new way of working.

This is where the real work begins – nurturing a culture that is receptive to change, providing the necessary training and support, building internal capability, measuring and tracking benefits realisation, actively listening to business feedback and continuously communicating to bring all stakeholders on the journey.

Exciting times ahead indeed, as we continue to shape our client’s HRIS landscape. The end goal is to digitalise the employee experience comprehensively, driving their People & Culture transformation into a new era.
